Constituents residing in the 9th District of Massachusetts may request to have a United States flag flown over the U.S. Capitol.
Flags may be flown for a particular person, event, or organization and may be flown on a specific date. A certificate of recognition is included with each flag. There is no limit on the number of flags you may order.

Due to the tragedy on September 11th, the United States Flag Office has received an overwhelming number of requests for flags to be flown. The requests are currently taking several months or longer to process.
