A “listening session,” will be held in Weymouth to address the concerns of residents, health experts, and local officials about a proposed natural gas compressor station in the Fore River Basin, according to Congressman Stephen F. Lynch. Lynch said Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administrator Howard Elliot agreed to a listening session after an air quality permit was issued to Spectra Energy-Enbridge by the state Department of Environmental Protection on Jan. 11.
