Yesterday, an explosion during an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England killed almost two dozen and injured many more. Authorities now believe they know who the bomber was, and though ISIS has claimed credit for the attack, the investigation into the alleged bomber’s background and communication history is just beginning.
