In response to concerns raised by Congressman Stephen F. Lynch, Majority Leader Ron Mariano, Mayor Bob Hedlund, Senator Pat O’Connor, Representative Jamie Murphy and the Fore River Residents Against the Compressor Station (FRRACS), the Federal Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has scheduled a public listening session to examine the serious public safety issues relating to the construction and operation of the proposed Weymouth Compressor Station.  PHMSA has arranged for regional staff members who are fully qualified and familiar with the area to attend and answer any questions the public may have about the proposed Compressor Station.
